The Center for Forest and Wood certification is committed to sustainable forest management and offers education and technical assistance for woodland and forest owners of all sizes through the Forest Management Section. The primary method of this assistance is the securing group Forest Stewardship Council® and American Tree Farm System® Independently Managed Group certificates.

An aphabetical list of Cooperating Foresters is provided by the Center for Forest and Wood Certification for landowners to determine whether a Cooperating forester is in your area. The Center cannot provide any cost estimates for Cooperating Forester services.

Copies and summaries of the Forest Management internal control documents including the Center's Operations Manual and other documents used to maintain certification are available to the public to facilitate forest management certification. It is highly recommended that woodland owners consult with their Cooperating Forester on the completion of any Center form since they are trained by the Center in its correct usage.
